Data Access and Management

The Data Access Manager works closely with JAX Investigators to streamline the application process for controlled-access data on dbGaP or other Institutional databases/platforms, to register genomic sharing plans on dbGaP, and to upload genomic data. In addition, electronic data management services are provided using REDCap, including design and development of online surveys and data collection instruments for clinical research.
