Hu-CD34+ NSG are NSG™ (NOD.Cg-Prkdcscid Il2rgtm1Wjl, Stock No. 005557) mice engrafted with human cord blood-derived CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells. CD34+ humanized-NSG mice exhibit stable, multi-lineage engraftment of functional human hematopoietic cells without GvHD. Hu-CD34+ NSG mice are the gold standard for reconstitution of the human immune system for immunology, immuno-oncology, and infectious disease research.
Weights of CD34+ hu-NSGTM mice were measured weekly beginning 4 weeks after engraftment. All 40 mice on the study were confirmed to be engrafted with >25% hu-CD45+ peripheral blood cells at the standard time point for analysis (16 weeks after engraftment).
