CD34+ hu-NSG-SGM3-IL15 Mouse - The Jackson Laboratory

The JAX NSG-SGM3-IL15 (S-15) mouse model is the hemizygous product following the mating of the NSG-SGM3 and NSG-IL15 strains. Following human CD34+ hematopoietic stem cell engraftment, the S-15 mouse supports the differentiation of high levels of CD3+/CD4+ T cells, CD33+ myeloid progenitors, CD14+ monocytes, and CD56dim+/CD16+ mature natural killer cells in a singular model. This offers a highly translatable humanized mouse model for researchers to evaluate various therapeutic indications and mechanisms of action. Off-the-shelf female human CD34+ HSC engrafted mice are available at 13-18 weeks of age.
