The CD34 humanized NSG-FLT3-IL15 (F15) mouse is the most comprehensive immune cell mouse model from the Jackson Laboratory to date. This transgenic mouse model is the cross of the NSG-FLT3 and NSG-IL15 mouse, expressing a diverse subset of immune cells such as CD3+ T Cells, CD33+ myeloid progenitor cells, CD16-/CD56dim+ mature natural killer cells, CD11c+ conventional dendritic cells, and CD123+ plasmacytoid dendritic cells. This broad diversity of immune cells enables researchers to study the interplay of the immune system in a single mouse model and evaluation of various immune cell engagers in a single model. Off-the-shelf female mice are available at 18-24 weeks of age.
