Martha Munhall serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at The Jackson Laboratory. Her responsibilities encompass organizational and cultural development, talent management, talent acquisition and workforce planning, human resources information systems, total rewards and human resources operations.
A results-oriented professional, Martha collaborates with senior and executive management to provide leadership and alignment. She is dedicated to building and fostering human resources practices that drive excellence and competitive advantage through people. Martha has a proven track record of business acumen and creativity in talent strategies, with the ability to manage change, transform ideas into results, and build strong relationships.
With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Martha has spent much of her career in the healthcare industry, including a significant tenure at Mass General Brigham. There, she developed her passion for supporting nonprofit, mission-driven organizations with a focus on innovation to improve human health.
Martha holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s College and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
